Refund Policy
This policy explains how EVOLUX handles refunds, cancellations, billing disputes, subscription access, trial access, and licence access.
Last updated: 15 May 2026
1. Free Trial Access
EVOLUX may offer a 7-day free trial before paid billing begins. Payment details may be required to start the trial. Users are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if they do not wish to continue.
2. Subscription Billing
After the free trial ends, subscriptions renew automatically at the advertised monthly price unless cancelled before the next billing date. The current EVOLUX plan is £4.99 per month unless stated otherwise at checkout.
3. Cancellations
Users can cancel their subscription through the EVOLUX dashboard billing portal where available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by applicable law. EVOLUX may consider refunds for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or exceptional cases.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be refused where protected access, downloads, licence activation, or platform usage has already been provided, or where an account has:
- Violated the EVOLUX Terms of Service
- Shared accounts, licence keys, activations, or protected downloads
- Attempted to bypass licence validation or security systems
- Attempted to crack, tamper with, reverse engineer, or redistribute EVOLUX software
- Used the platform abusively, fraudulently, or in bad faith
- Filed repeated refund requests or payment disputes after receiving access
6. Failed Cancellations
Users are responsible for cancelling before renewal dates. Failure to cancel before renewal may result in charges continuing for the next billing cycle.
7. Billing Providers
Payments, subscriptions, invoices, renewals, cancellations, and payment methods may be handled through third-party billing providers such as Stripe. Additional billing provider terms and policies may apply.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Chargebacks, disputes, failed payments, refunded payments, or suspected payment fraud may result in account suspension, licence expiry, activation removal, or permanent access restrictions.
9. Access After Cancellation
If a subscription is cancelled, access may remain active until the end of the current paid period or trial period, unless the account is suspended, banned, refunded, disputed, or otherwise restricted under EVOLUX policies.
10. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
11. Policy Changes
EVOLUX may update this Refund Policy as billing systems, subscription models, platform access, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page.
12. Contact
